Jesus has grown uncomfortable with the fact that he will
soon be overseeing the death of billions of humans and
animals as well as the destruction of the planet known as
Earth. Sure, it is his fathers plan that an elite group of
believers will be spared and the Earth will then be
transformed into some kind of paradise for them, purged
of all the undesirables and non-conformists, who will, after
much torture and a gory death be thrown into a lake of
fire. Still, he is apprehensive about the whole thing, after
all, he is Jesus and he is having second thoughts about the
whole eternal suffering thing.
He has decided to go on the road with a Rock and Roll
multi media show which he has put together with the help
of his assistant Maggie. His opening night at a small
theater in modern day Manhattan though, is rudely
interrupted by an old nemesis who decides to steal the
show.
